CohostBNB ("the service") is operated by Elite AI Holdings LLC. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
Account data: your email address (used for magic-link sign-in) and display name.
Hosting data: listings, booking requests, calendars, and guest message threads you create or sync into the service.
Operational data: logs of actions the service performs on your behalf (for example messages sent or calendar blocks), kept so we can show you an audit trail.
How we use it
To operate the product: bookings, availability, guest messaging, and the AI co-host assistant.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share guest data with third parties beyond the providers needed to deliver a feature you invoked (for example an email provider to send a message you wrote).
AI features
The AI co-host drafts replies and suggestions. Drafts are processed to generate the output and are not used to build advertising profiles.
Data retention and deletion
Guest messages and PII: 730 days; inspection photos: 548 days; inbound emails: 365 days by default. Tenant administrators can export data and delete guests. See our DPA for scope and retention operations.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing [email protected] from your account email. Deletion is completed within 30 days.
