Elite AI Empire LLC (doing business as "Empire AI Solutions") ("we", "us") operates the products sold at Elite AI Empire/onboard. This policy describes what we
collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address (used for sign-in and checkout) and any display name
you provide.
- Billing data: Stripe processes your payment method; we receive the resulting charge,
subscription, and receipt records, never your full card number.
- Product data: whatever content you create or sync into a specific product (for example,
listings and guest messages in CohostBnB, or queries in the Research Reader) is governed by that
product's own data handling as described in-app.
How we use it
- To operate the product you purchased, process payment, and send account/billing notices.
- We do not sell your personal data. We share data with third parties only where needed to
deliver a feature you invoked (for example Stripe for payment, or an email provider to send a
message you wrote).
AI features
Where a product uses an AI model to draft or generate output, your input is processed to
produce that output and is not used to build advertising profiles.
Data retention and deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing
[email protected] from your account's email address. Deletion is completed within 30
days.
